Story time
Ashley Greene was born in China and was adopted into a family out in Orange County, California. She has lived there all her life up until July of 2026, which she now lives in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Ashley has always loved art, but took her a while to find a career that was both artistic and something she was truly passionate about. She took classes in 3D animation, drawing, film and editing, painting, screen printing, and even web design and cyber security. She would often grab the nearest arm and just draw on people for fun. During Covid in 2020, she bought her first tattoo supplies and discovered tattooing through tattooing herself. From there she decided tattooing was something she wanted to pursue.
In September 2021, she got her apprenticeship in San Clemente and worked with her mentor, Jon Marquez, at Renaissance Studios for a little under a year. There she worked on her art, how shops run, and doing apprentice duties while dog grooming on the side.
She then moved on with her mentor and his co-owner Brad Reis as they opened their shop together, Stay Sacred Studios in San Clemente.
At Stay Sacred Studios, Ashley began tattooing. Practicing on any friend, stranger, or person willing, she started doing free tattoos to gain experience. She quit her dog grooming job and committed her career to tattooing full time. Gradually she discovered different styles of tattooing. Always thinking she would be a black and grey realism artist, she found more enjoyment in colorful, bold tattoos like Neo-traditional and nerdy types of tattoos. She began to draw more designs with subjects like Pokemon, Star Wars, Marvel and DC, and anime. After a couple years, Stay Sacred moved to Lake Forest, where Ashley continued to work up until July 2026.
Ashley got married in June 2026, and moved out to Vegas with her husband, who was offered a job near Henderson. Her and her husband met rock climbing, and yes, they had a Star Wars themed wedding. They now live in an apartment in Silverado Ranch, hoping to buy a house in the next year or two. Besides tattooing, Ashley enjoys going to reptile conventions, which had lead to her having snakes and tarantulas, which make great pets. She hopes to one day have as many animals as she can.
She now works at Revolution Tattoo Parlor. She will still be visiting California and guest spotting at Stay Sacred occasionally.
Only 4 years into tattooing, she strives to keep learning and improving, and always making the tattoo experience fun and unique for each client that sits in her chair. With that being said, book that tattoo and let’s make something special!
